After I receive your item, I will inspect it and if it is in a suitable condition I will process your refund. If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after the 14 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund. You must cover the shipping cost of returning the product. Please keep your receipt as proof of postage. If a product has arrives in a state that has been damaged in transit please contact me immediately.
