RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with your product returns are permitted within 14 days of purchase. Contact me via email or phone first. After I receive your item, I will inspect it and if it is in a suitable condition I will process your refund. If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after the 14 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund. You must cover the shipping cost of returning the product. Please keep your receipt as proof of postage. If a product has arrives in a state that has been damaged in transit please contact me immediately. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, please feel free to contact me.
